1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By creating an account, subscribing to, or using any part of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Find GPSlocation.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Find GPSlocation is a geolocation SaaS (Software as a Service) that allows individuals to locate mobile devices. Our Service includes:

• Location by Number: Locate a device by entering a phone number (with the device owner's consent)
• Location by Link: Track device location through a secure link sent to the target device
• Find Lost Phone: Locate lost or misplaced mobile devices
• Reverse Phone Lookup: Search publicly available information about a phone number
• Reverse Username Lookup: Search publicly available information associated with a username

For reverse lookup services, we aggregate publicly available information from legitimate external web sources. Results are for private, non-commercial use only and may not be entirely accurate, complete, or current.

3. HOW THE SERVICE WORKS

• After purchasing a subscription, you specify the phone number you wish to locate ("Recipient").
• The system sends an SMS containing a preset message to the Recipient.
• The Recipient may voluntarily accept or decline the location request at their sole discretion.
• We cannot guarantee that the Recipient will accept the location request.
• Any refusal does not result in any liability or refund obligation on our part.

Important: The target device must be connected to the internet (mobile data or Wi-Fi) and have GPS functionality enabled for accurate location tracking.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

4.1 Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your country of residence to use the Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4.2 Account Requirements

• Valid email address
• Secure password
• Valid payment method

4.3 Account Security

• Not share your account credentials with third parties
• Not allow third parties to access your account
• Not share or transfer any account
• Not disclose your password to anyone
• Notify us immediately of any security breach or unauthorized access

5. SUBSCRIPTION AND BILLING

5.1 Subscription Plans

Find GPSlocation offers subscription plans billed in daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly cycles. Subscriptions do not include the trial period described on our website. The specific subscription period and pricing will be clearly displayed on the website at the time of purchase. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.

5.2 Trial Period

After registering, you may have the option to trial Find GPSlocation for a specified period at the amount indicated on our website ("Trial Period"). After the Trial Period ends, you will be automatically upgraded to the applicable subscription plan based on your country/region or applicable promotional/testing offers.

5.3 Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew, with the applicable subscription period automatically extended. The payment method you have provided will be automatically charged. If you do not wish to auto-renew, you must disable auto-renewal in the "Billing" section of your account at least 24 hours before the end of the Trial Period or Subscription Month. If you forget to disable auto-renewal for a new subscription period, this is not a valid reason for a refund.

To cancel your subscription, you may do so through your account settings or by contacting our support team via email.

5.4 Payment Methods

• All major debit/credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
• Stripe payment platform
• PayPal
• Local wallet payments and other alternative payment methods

All payments are processed through secure online payment systems. Find GPSlocation does not store your complete card information. We use a pre-paid billing model - no services are activated until payment is received.

5.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing in cases of significant inflation or currency fluctuations. Price changes will be communicated through a pop-up message in your personal account dashboard, not via email. If you do not agree with the price changes, you should cancel your subscription through your account or contact us via email.

5.6 Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Once you have used the service on this website, refunds are generally not supported. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact our support team for assistance.

6. PERMITTED AND PROHIBITED USE

6.1 Permitted Use

The Service may only be used to locate your own devices, your minor children's devices (for parents/guardians of minors under the age of majority), or other individuals' devices with their explicit prior consent.

6.2 Prohibited Use

• Track devices without the explicit consent of the device owner
• Track devices of minors without parental/guardian consent
• Monitor employees, partners, or anyone without their knowledge
• Engage in any illegal surveillance activities
• Harass, stalk, or threaten others
• Circumvent technical limitations to access data
• Use for emergency situations (such as missing persons) without proper authorization

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of remaining credits, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

7. TARGET DEVICE OWNER'S RIGHT TO INFORMATION

If a target device owner discovers they have been tracked, they may request limited information about the tracker (you) for a fee, including IP address, email address, browser information, device type, operating system, browser language, and device screen size.

8. LICENSE CONDITIONS

8.1 License Grant

Subject to these Terms, Find GPSlocation grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. The Service is designed for lawful use only. We do not provide legal advice regarding your use of the Service.

8.2 Prohibited License Activities

• Sell, lease, rent, license, distribute, transfer, or assign the Service to any third party
• Reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile the Service
• Write or develop any derivative software or attempt to gain source code, modify, or create derivative works based on the Service
• Provide, disclose, or permit third-party use of the Service without our prior written consent
• Copy any part of the Service

8.3 Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and trademarks, are owned by Find GPSlocation or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Service.

The Find GPSlocation logo is a trademark/service mark. Unauthorized use violates applicable trademark law and international intellectual property law.

8.4 License Term

The license term is synchronized with your subscription period. The license terminates automatically upon expiration of the subscription period or breach of these Terms.

9. SERVICE LIMITATIONS

The Service requires internet connectivity on the target device (mobile data or Wi-Fi), GPS enabled on the target device, and that the target device owner click the location link sent via SMS. We cannot guarantee location accuracy in areas with poor GPS signal or where devices do not meet these requirements.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or reliability of location data or reverse lookup results, non-infringement of third-party rights, uninterrupted or error-free service, correction of defects, and the absence of viruses or harmful components.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF: (a) $50 USD, OR (b) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS.

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Find GPSlocation, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, demands, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

13. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Notice, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Notice.

You are responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from third parties (including device owners) before using the Service to track their devices.

14. TERMINATION

14.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@findgpslocation.com.

14.2 By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, use the Service for illegal purposes, engage in prohibited surveillance activities, or fail to pay subscription fees.

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Remaining credits become void upon termination.

15-20. MISCELLANEOUS

Modifications to Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be posted on the website. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you no longer agree to any part of the Terms, you should immediately cease use of the website and/or the Service.

Assignment. We may assign these Terms at any time without your consent. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; any attempted assignment is void.

Severability and Waiver. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.

Documentation Language. The original legally binding document is written in English. Other language versions are provided for reference only. In case of any discrepancies, the English version shall prevail.

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Find GPSlocation regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
